§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThis is a matter of concern, though I have received no specific representations about it. Consideration has been given in the past to the possibility of legislation on the lines suggested, but apart from the difficulty of enforcement I see no reason to believe it would significantly reduce the number of fires caused by children.
