§ Mr. AlisonI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the plastics-fronted frame with metal curl sides which was made available for children free of charge with effect from 1st April last year: I am aware from the Press that there is at present some criticism of the frame, and my Department is looking into this. Metal frames, also available free of charge, are more durable and therefore more suitable for young children.
