§ Mr. Graham PageOn the basis of the evidence so far brought to my attention, I consider that the main action called for is to continue the drive to keep planning delays to a minimum. In so far as appeals are concerned, my Department352W is doing this by the recruitment of more inspectors; in addition, a circular which I have prepared on planning procedures will refer to administrative steps being taken to reduce delays.
