§ Mr. OnslowPilots in command of aircraft or operators of aircraft may, in an emergency, seek the consent of the RAF authorities for diversion to Manston aerodrome through air traffic control. The circumstances in which consent is given and the availability of casualty services are matters for my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Defence.
