§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, prior to the Government coming to a decision concerning any constitutional changes in Wales, he will arrange for opinion in the Principality to be tested on the main recommendations of 258W the Crowther Commission on the Constitution.
