§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he has received the communication from the hon. Member for West Ham, North, dated 5th February 1973, regarding the granting of supplementary benefits to workers who refused work for stated reasons; and whether he will make a statement answering the various questions contained in this communication.
