§ Mr. Molyneauxasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what provision he is making for local representatives to be consulted in relation to planning applications during the period before district councils are fully operative.
§ Mr. David HowellDistricts councils will be fully operative for this purpose from 1st October 1973. Until then, planning applications will be dealt with by the existing planning authorities under the Planning Acts (Northern Ireland) 1931–71.
