§ Mr. EyreA total of over 400 telephone exchange buildings are currently in construction in England, Scotland and Wales, and a review of progress in each case to determine the extent of contractual delays would involve dispropor-106W tionate cost. During the quarter ending 30th September 1972, 70 telephone exchange buildings were completed, and of these 39 were behind schedule with delays averaging five months.
