Member for West Ham, North can expect a reply to his letter of 2nd December 1972 regarding the problems resulting from the incident on Wednesday, 29th November 1972, concerning the snarl-up of London traffic; and whether he will ensure that his reply contains an answer to each of the points as contained in the hon. Member's letter.
