§ Mr. Martenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the question of EEC negotiations with Norway.
§ Mr. John DaviesThe Council of Ministers, at its meeting on 5th February, reached agreement on a mandate to the European Commission to negotiate a free trade agreement between Norway and the European Economic Community. Negotiations are expected to begin shortly.
