§ Mr. Michael HeseltineA unit is being set up within the Department in order to speed up the implementation of those outstanding recommendations which concern the Government; but statutory rules on construction and survey are unlikely to be laid before the House until next Session. We are at present consulting the fishing industry on the content of regulations relating to rest periods at sea.
