§ Sir K. JosephA copy of National Health Service Reorganisation circular HRC(73)3 has been placed in the Library. It gives provisional guidance on management arrangements for the reorganised National Health Service, subject to Parliament's decisions on the National Health Service Reorganisation Bill. It is not proposed to issue an amended version of the report to which the circular relates.
