§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThe Convention has been signed by Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, West Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. It has been ratified by Denmark, Iceland, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.
