§ Mr. Peter ThomasThese estimates of expenditure have to take account of a wide range of factors affecting the financing of local authority housing, including the curent level of building by local authorities. It is not the practice to disclose the detailed assumptions on which the 95W relevant projections are based. The Government place no restriction on the number of houses which local authorities may build.
