§ 41. Sir J. Rodgersasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the recent talks with the Caribbean representatives about the Caribbean banana trade, and on any steps that the United Kingdom can take to safeguard West Indian banana interests, particularly when Commonwealth preferences are phased out.
