§ Mr. KershawI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to pre-investment study agreements under Section 3 of the Overseas Investment and Export Guarantees Act 1972. Three such agreements have been concluded and others are expected to follow soon. The studies to which these agreements relate are to be made18W respectively in Indonesia, Kenya and the Sudan.
