§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the total number of disabled learner drivers in Scotland who were involved in accidents for 1970–71, 1971–72 and 1972–73, as at 30th September of each respective year, in which motor invalid tricycles with manually-operated gearbox, motor invalid tricycles with automatic gearbox and electrically-propelled invalid tricycles, respectively, were involved;
(2) if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the total number of accidents reported in Scotland in the year ended 30th September 1973 in which motor invalid tricycles with manually operated gearbox, motor invalid tricycles with automatic gearbox and electrically propelled invalid tricycles, respectively, were involved.
