§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkI assume the hon. Member is referring to the use of the National Industrial Relations Court. No inquiry is necessary. The success or failure of the Act cannot be judged by the number of cases which come before the Industrial Court, although I understand that three such firms, or their associated companies, have brought cases before the Industrial Court.
