§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT details of the comments submitted by Her Majesty's Government to the Director General of UNESCO on the preliminary report by him (SC/MD/35) on the recommendations by the last General Conference of UNESCO proposing an international instrument on the status of scientific research workers; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Mr. WoodComments are still being received and collated for submission to UNESCO. When they have been submitted I will consider how best to make them known in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
