I recently circulated to local authorities 62W Derek Powdrill, a home kidney patient, against the refusal of a local constant attendance board to grant a constant attendance allowance, he will make a statement regarding similar kidney patients elsewhere.
§ Mr. DeanI understand that the Attendance Allowance Board, which is the appropriate independent determining authority, will be reviewing the position at its next meeting, and I will inform the House of the outcome.
