§ Mr. Anthony GrantIn the present oil supply situation the Government in cooperation with the oil suppliers have taken steps to ensure that industry is affected as little as possible. Where cases of particular difficulty arise I shall be glad to examine them if the hon. Member will bring the details to my attention.

§ Mr. Anthony GrantIn view of the fast rate of expansion of the economy this year some shortages of raw materials have occurred, some of them reflecting international conditions. Now that the rate of growth is moderating to a figure more in line with underlying production potential, some of these difficulties should be eased. I shall be glad to look into specific problems if the hon. Member will let me have the details.
