§ Sir G. HoweI propose to make available up to £250,000 in 1974–75, £500,000 in 1975–76 and £550,000 in 1976–77 for the establishment of new citizens' advice bureaux and the improvement of existing ones, and for developing and promoting a corporate identity for the advice centre network.
