§ 25. Mr. McCrindleasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he is now in a position to estimate a date when reciprocal arrangements with Spain on social security will be introduced.
§ Mr. DeanTalks are expected to be resumed in January and I am hopeful that these will settle outstanding matters. We shall aim to bring any agreement into force as soon as possible after it has been signed, but it will first need to be ratified by both sides.
