§ 39. Mr. Abseasked the Attorney-General whether he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions, with a view to prosecution, a doctor and matron engaged in trafficking of babies for payment, contrary to Section 50 of the Adoption Act 1958, details of whose actions have been sent to him.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI have asked the Director of Public Prosecutions to arrange for a police investigation into this matter.
