Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will make a statement on the proposed price increases of the British Steel Corporation, indicating the overall percentage increase that is proposed and the maximum increase a steel user might expect, taking into account the different rates of increase for various steel products and the operation of the basing point system on delivery charges.
