§ Mr. David HowellNo. As stated in paragraph 79 of the White Paper "Northern Ireland Constitutional Proposals" (Cmnd. 5259), Parliament will be invited in due course to make appropriate pension provision for Mr. Ivan Neill in respect of his term of office as Speaker.
