§ Mr. AlisonWe have no present plans to alter the existing arrangements. Anyone not otherwise exempt who would suffer hardship through having to pay prescription charges is entitled to receive help. Where exemption cannot be claimed the prepayment certificate is available for those who need frequent prescriptions.
