§ Mrs. FennerOn the basis of information collected for the purposes of the Index of Retail Food Prices, old potatoes, hearted cabbage, carrots and onions were all cheaper on 20th February 1973, the latest date for which information is available, than on 16th June 1970. Comparisons over this period are of course affected by seasonal factors.
