§ Mr. CarlisleMy noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor hopes to lay before Parliament later this month new magistrates' courts rules requiring justices' clerks to pay maintenance by post unless the woman entitled to the payments indicates that she prefers to collect them in person from the court.
