§ Mr. Normantonasked the Lord President of the Council whether he will take steps to obtain, as soon as possible, authority for Members of Parliament to make, free of charge, telephone calls to Common Market countries on the same basis as that which authorises them to make telephone calls inside the United Kingdom, namely, on official business.
§ Mr. R. CarrI will ask the Services Committee to examine this possibility.
