§ Mr. Juddasked the Minister of State for Defence whether he will make a study of the agreement between the United States of America and the Russian Governments, details of which are in his possession, to lessen the danger of collisions or other incidents at sea when United States. North Atlantic Treaty Organisation ships are being shadowed by the Russians; and whether he will take steps to conclude a similar agreement covering British ships.
