§ Mr. Arthur Lewis
asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will give, for the longest and most convenient stated period of time, the number of raids and smash and grabs &c., in the Metropolitan area where security firms were involved and the amount of money and other valuables stolen for this period.
§ Mr. Carlisle
Information relating to 1971 was given in reply to a Question by the hon. Member on 20th January last. During the first six months of this year, there were nine robberies in the Metropolitan police district in which it was 113W known to the police that security guards were attacked.
