§ The Prime MinisterYes. The rent rebate and allowance schemes are administered by the housing authorities but when tenants are also receiving supplementary benefit the arrangements made under the Act will ensure that they will automatically be granted their appropriate rebate or allowance without having to make a separate application to the housing authority.
