§ Mr. Brayasked the Secretary of State for Employment what further steps he intends to take to implement the Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969.
§ Mr. Maurice MacmillanRegulations dealing with the display and inspection of certificates of insurance come into operation on 1st January, 1973. Thereafter employees will be able to check for themselves that their employers are insured in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
I intend to give suitable publicity to the coming into operation of these additional regulations.
