§ Mr. SpeedWhilst the erection of central barriers on the Durham Motorway was scheduled for completion by the end of the year, due to adverse weather and ground conditions and advent of winter, the completion date is now likely to be the spring.
All of the Durham Motorway will have central barriers when the work is completed.
