asked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will set up an inquiry into the present system of civil actions for damages or injuries sustained

at work, with particular reference to the effects of the present system on accident provisions and activities, as recommended by the Robens Committee Report on Safety and Health at Work, Command Paper No. 5034.
