§ Lord BalnielColonel Moses Ali of the Ugandan Army came to the United Kingdom to attend a course at the Army Staff College, Camberley from 15th January, 1972, until 26th October, 1972. Her Majesty's Government defrayed the tuition charges for his course under the normal military training assistance programme. The question of the length of his permitted stay is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
