§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, having regard to the fact that the season for bedding roses is nearly over, he will expedite the replanting of the rosebed in the courtyard of the Royal Observatory following the removal of the hut erected for the purpose of collecting admission charges at the National Maritime Museum.
