Member for West Ham, North, regarding his British-born ex-Serviceman constituent who is now a refugee, without housing accommodation and with a sick wife; and whether he will take action to ensure that this man and his wife are granted welfare payments and housing facilities on the same basis as those now being granted to the Ugandan Asians.
