§ Mr. Goldingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will press for a treaty to outlaw the use of napalm.
§ Mr. AmeryThe United Nations Secretary General made public in October an expert report on napalm and other incendiary weapons which is currently under discussion in the General Assembly. The report is now being studied by the Government, and I cannot anticipate the outcome at this stage.
