§ Mr. LaneAs far as can be ascertained, two; one in 1966 on a boy aged 4 and one in 1972 on a girl aged 6. The causes of death were, respectively, asphyxia caused by regurgitation of the stomach contents due to gross congenital brain abnormality, and bronchopneumonia and hypothermia.
