§ Mr. Brayasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) when he intends to announce his decision on the routing of the northern section of the Bury easterly bypass M66;
(2) what date he anticipates construction work will commence on the northern section of the Bury easterly bypass, designated M66.
§ Mr. SpeedI hope to announce a decision on the route early in the New Year and that construction work will start a year later.
