§ Sir K. JosephYes, I have received the report which is being published today. The recommendations cover a wide variety of important issues which my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland, Wales and Education and Science and I propose to consider in detail in the light of comments received before deciding on a course of action.
