§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe circular issued by the Government in 1961 is still relevant and applicable. I am sending a copy to the hon. Member. My officials regularly hold meetings with local authorities throughout Wales to urge the provision of such accommodation and to help with any technical difficulties.
