§ Mr. AlisonNo. I am of course aware of the problems that can face disabled drivers when their vehicles break down but as I told the hon. Member when I wrote to him on 20th April there is no evidence that such a sign would generally be welcomed by disabled drivers. Invalid three-wheelers supplied by the Department are easily recognisable and experience has shown that the drivers usually have no difficult in summoning help when it is needed.
