Member for Jarrow (Mr. Fernyhough) has been appointed a member of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of the hon. Member for Greenock (Dr. Dickson Mabon). The hon. Member for Accrington (Mr. Arthur Davidson) has been appointed a substitute member in place of the right hon. Member for Jarrow.
