§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether, as in his letter to the hon. Member for West Ham, North, dated 28th April, 1972, he confirms that Altodie Limited and Altodie (Northern) Limited were in default in their annual returns and accounts contrary to the Companies Act, what action he has taken, or intends taking, to prosecute these companies and their directors for failing to implement the law.
§ Mr. Noble:The companies mentioned were till recently in default over the filing of annual returns and accounts, but have now remedied their default. I do not propose to take any further action
