§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he is satisfied with his Department's action to safeguard the position of the Welsh language, as recommended in the Hughes Parry Report; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Peter Thomas:My Department has already taken the appropriate steps to fulfill the main recommendations of the Hughes Parry Report. I am always prepared to consider specific suggestions for improvement.
