Friend the Member for Glasgow, Cathcart (Mr. Edward Taylor), about an eighth of BSC s approved expenditure for 1972–73 is in Scotland; there is no reason why future investment plans for Scotland should suffer from entry to the ECSC.—[Vol. 829, c. 22.]
