§ Mr. Chichester-Clark:The extensive measures we have introduced to encourage industrial expansion, especially in the development areas, should improve the employment prospects of Merseyside. My right hon. Friend the Minister for Industrial Development will continue to draw the attention of suitable firms to the advantages of expansion there.
